When managing a social account, I try to encapsulate the personality, values, and core messages in one glance. Your posts are important, but how your account presents itself in the quick second it takes for an interested party to pass judgement is just as important.

Building a Relationship with your Community

I believe one of the key pieces of establishing a positive relationship with your fans, audience, and the inevitable ‘hater’ is by engaging with your community. Being able to provide insight to the brand’s personality via one-on-one interaction with the community that is built on social is one of my favorite parts of being a social media manager.
