What is included in your planning?
Background research, including a SWOT analysis and external analysis, current communications audit, target market details, objectives and strategies, a recommend budget, timeline, and a list of ways to track success. Depending on your needs we can add and dismiss key parts to make this custom, and a perfect fit.
What’s different between planning and plan execution?
With the execution everything in the plan is included but you will also receive completed deliverables to help your team accomplish the objective(s). Think of this as a curated media kit, pitch list, email pitch templates, paid advertising strategy, social content calendar, etc. in addition to a laid out plan for your team to complete.
What does campaign management look like?
I will work with you directly to build a campaign for a specific event or initiative that your company is focusing on. Details about all the strategies and tactics you will use to achieve your goals will be clearly written and executed to maximize the potential reach.
